Welcome to Traqbit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Traqbit platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Traqbit, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Traqbit on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Traqbit provides field force management software, enabling companies to track employee attendance, plan tours and routes, log visits, calculate mileage, manage customer relationships (CRM), book orders, track payment collections, manage expenses and leave, assign tasks, and verify field activity.

3. Location Tracking Consent

Traqbit's mobile application utilizes Background and Continuous Location Tracking.

By using the Traqbit application, employees consent to the collection of location coordinates in the background (even when the app is closed or not in use). This data is utilized by your employer for:

  • Route logging and mileage calculation

  • Geofence verification for attendance

  • Task status monitoring

  • Visit verification

You acknowledge that Traqbit processes this location data securely on behalf of your employer, and Traqbit is not responsible for your employer's internal policies regarding employee monitoring.

4. User Obligations

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use Traqbit for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and usage (e.g., odometer readings, visit statuses).

  • System Integrity: You agree not to spoof location, manipulate device identity, or otherwise attempt to circumvent security, attendance, or tracking controls.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Plans: Traqbit is offered under various subscription plans. Administrators can view, upgrade, or downgrade their subscription via the Company Admin Panel.

  • Trial: New companies may receive a free trial for a limited period with a limited number of field employee seats, as configured by Traqbit.

  • Payment: Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the selected plan. Purchases, renewals, and additional seats may be processed through our payment gateway.

  • Employee Limits: Your subscription (or trial) defines the maximum number of field employees. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and features of the Traqbit platform are the exclusive property of Traqbit and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traqbit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or inaccuracies in route tracking.

8. Termination

Traqbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties.
